The Craft Haven Terms and Conditions 2026

1. General Participation

By signing up for any workshop at The Craft Haven including pottery and jewellery making events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Participants must follow all instructions and guidance provided by The Craft Haven staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

2. Pottery Workshops Firing and Breakages

For pottery events, every effort is made to ensure the safety of your creations. However, The Craft Haven is not responsible for any breakages, cracks, or explosions that may occur during the kiln firing process. Firing carries inherent risks due to air pockets or imperfections in the clay. In the rare case of loss or damage, participants will not be entitled to a refund or replacement, but will be offered 20 percent off The Craft Haven Shop as a goodwill gesture. Finished pottery pieces will usually be ready for collection within 2 to 6 weeks.

3. Jewellery Workshops Beads and Bubbles

For jewellery making events, all tools and materials are provided. The Craft Haven is not liable for minor injuries such as scratches, cuts, or strains that may occur while handling jewellery tools. While every effort is made to ensure durable, wearable creations, The Craft Haven cannot guarantee the long term strength of jewellery once taken home. No refunds or replacements are offered for items that break or become damaged after the event.

4. Workshop Duration and Schedule

The Craft Haven reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
